This year we decided to produce a high quality natural process coffee, and Highland Mist is the result. We have blended both natural and wet-processed arabica, both medium and darker roasts. This coffee has chocolate and wine fragrance while grinding, but in the cup it has cherry in the front and sweetness in the back. We would love feedback on this blend, but be warned that we only have half a ton of it, so once it's gone we'll have to wait for next year's crop to arrive.
