Heddy's mom, Mausi, is one of the most extraordinary, innovative, dedicated and, frankly, BRILLIANT coffee farmers we have ever met. If you get a chance to go to their estate on an eco-tour, your coffee life will be enriched dramatically.
We roast their lovely organic coffee on the darker side of medium roast, creating a full-bodied coffee, exemplary of good quality Central American coffees.
