Because we believe in buying local, we hunted for a local chocolate maker who could provide our cafe customers with the best chocolate in Appalachia. Although there are some lovely chocolates around, we wanted to offer our customers as unique a chocolate experience as our coffees provided. We pleaded with Chocolatier Michele Golobic Moore, who agreed to bring in her equipment to Leopard Forest and work out of our roastery. What she has produced has astounded even the most well-palated chocolate lovers. Blended with the finest chocolate from Venezuela and organic chocolate from Costa Rica, these are the best truffles we have known.

The large, rich truffles are 2 oz. each and are priced equally. The dome shaped truffles are molded and have a thicker chocolate coating than the artisan hand dipped truffles, which highlight their masterful truffle recipe.

The Box of 4 Truffles has two molded (Dark Chocolate Raspberry and White Chocolate Peppermint) and two hand dipped truffles (Butter Rum and Leopard Forest).
