A rare and graceful bean, roasted at a medium roast to bring out the complex, rich, nutty flavors. This is the favorite coffee in our café.

In the cup tartly sweet, with cherryish fruit laced with hints of chocolate and lemon. The cherry notes persist in the finish, fading toward a slight astringency in the long."
