This is the coffee we roast and drink on the farm every morning. Although it is roasted on the farm in a stainless steel, hand-cranked charcoal roaster, we think we have replicated the flavor on our shop's Probat 12 kg roaster. The only thing missing is the morning mist rolling in from Mozambique! A well-rounded, mild cup with good body, ideal for all occasions. Favorite of local restaurant owners.
