If you are lucky enough to see a sable antelope in your life, you will be struck by its stunning curved horns, unique coloring, and majestic grace. The sable - one of my favorite animals on earth - also happens to have the colors of fine espresso (the females are chestnut to dark brown and the males are a velvet black). This is a blend of our traditional and dark espressos, with a touch of espresso-roasted natural processed beans (again, giving the yin-yang sable image). With every sip as it cools you get different sensations: from wine and chocolate to a touch of blueberries that linger on the tongue.
